At Skyros Jewellery we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find full details of our returns process and terms.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Greek and European distance-selling law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to give any reason.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be in its complete original packaging (box, pouch, card/certificate where applicable).
- Be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.
- Show no wear or alteration beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics.
Return Procedure
- Contact us within 14 days at info@skyrosjewellery.gr, by phone or via WhatsApp.
- We will give you instructions and the return address.
- Pack the product carefully and send it with a courier of your choice.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we proceed with the refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Exception: if the product was delivered faulty or the wrong item was sent by mistake, we cover the return shipping costs in full.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund is completed within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account you provide.
Product Exchange
Instead of a refund, you may request an exchange for another product of equal or greater value (paying the difference). Contact us and we will be glad to help.
Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately. Your statutory warranty rights apply in full. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or personalised especially for you (e.g. engraving, special size). For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they have not been used and any protective seal remains intact.
