Returns
You can return part or all of the goods you ordered through our online store within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of purchase and after the first telephone or written information. In this case you have the right to request a refund.
The cost of returning the products is borne by the buyer.
In case our company is responsible for the change / return of the product then we will bear the return cost.
Products to be returned must:

Cancellations

The amount is returned in full and without any charge to the customer. Refunds are made either by bank or by credit / debit card.

Watch warranty
This warranty covers defects in the materials or construction of your watch for the above period from the date of initial purchase. In other words, it covers the operating mechanism, the indicators and the clock plate. Any defects in the above materials during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge. The watch that needs repair must be accompanied by its warranty, which will necessarily bear the seller’s stamp, code and date of purchase of the watch.
DOES NOT COVER damage or damage caused by the fault of the customer-buyer on the outside of the watch (crystal, case, strap, bracelet) and its battery.
DOES NOT COVER damage caused by incorrect use of the watch or incorrect application of the instructions in the manufacturer’s cover book, carelessness, accident or ordinary wear, unauthorized operation, or water damage (unless water-resistant).
CAUTION: The watch remains tight only when its crown is properly screwed or properly fastened (refers to watches that have a pressed crown). Otherwise moisture enters the case or the watch mechanism and the damage caused as a result is not covered by this warranty. Also do not use the legs of the chronograph and the crown in the water.
Gold-plated watches with yellow or pink gold may show discoloration after using perfumes and cosmetics directly on their surface.
The setting of the date should not be done between 21:00 and 2:00, as it may cause serious damage to the clock mechanism, which is not covered by its warranty.
The customer bears the cost of transport (in case he does not send it at his own expense) in all repairs or diagnoses by the technical department of the company.
